Theresa presented “Medicare Demystified” to our clients on the evening of the 19th in our large conference room. The first word to come to mind is WOW! Our clients were taking pages of notes and totally immersed in Theresa’s presentation that they didn’t notice that it was running ½ hour over the scheduled time.
